ZOOMTAX is a retail income tax preparation firm that handles individual, corporate, and partnership income tax preparation, electronic filing, refund bank products, and various other professional tax services year round.

Unlike some national and regional tax offices and income "tax" offices operating out of check cashing stores and used car lots, our offices are operated by Certified Public Accountants, former IRS Agents, or college degreed individuals.  This means your tax professional will have a college degree and accounting experience.  Completion of a six-week tax training course and the ability to input data into a computer does not qualify one to work at ZOOMTAX. 

Our offices are operated utilizing a barebones or no frills approach with the savings passed on to the customers. Wordy letters and unnecessary forms does not equate to better client service but higher costs which are passed on to the customer. Our clients are free to contact us year round for tax advice at no additional charge. Our mission is to provide every client with a competent, educated, reliable, and friendly tax professional at a fair price while helping them pay the minimum tax they are legally obligated to pay.



Peter Goedde, Certified Public Accountant
Peter has 15 plus years of experience in the accounting and tax service industry.  He graduated from Bowling Green with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing degree with a specialization in Retailing.  After graduating, he joined the Internal Revenue Service(IRS) as a taxpayer service representative.  Upon completion of his Accounting at Xavier University, Peter became an Internal Revenue Agent in the Examination Division with the IRS in Cincinnati, Ohio where conducted tax audits on individuals, partnerships and corporations.  He left the IRS in January 1999 and joined the "Big Four" public accounting and professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP(PwC). Peter worked in PwC's Tax and Legal Services department where he prepared and reviewed individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns and consulted with clients as it related to federal, state, and local tax issues.  Peter left PwC in January 2002 to co-found ZOOMTAX, LLC.

Bill Tucker, Certified Public Accountant
Bill has 11 plus years of experience in the accounting and tax services industry. He graduated from Franklin College with a Bachelor of Arts, Accounting degree. Prior to co-founding ZOOMTAX, he worked in the Tax and Legal Services department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where he prepared and reviewed federal, state, and local income tax returns and consulted with individuals regarding various tax issues. He has extensive experience with individual tax issues associated with Expatriate Taxation and financial planning.

Novilia Suhendra, Certified Public Accountant
Novilia has 9 plus years experience in the accounting and tax services industry.  She graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University.  She worked as a financial consultant for Arthur Andersen in Jakarta, Indonesia specializing in mergers and acquisitions.  She joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and worked in their Tax and Legal Services department where she prepared and reviewed individual, partnership, non profit organization and corporate tax returns as well as consulted with corporate and individuals regarding federal, state and local tax issues.  She has extensive experience with expatriate taxation and planning.  Novilia joined Zoomtax in January 2005. 

Tim Zimmer, Former IRS Agent
Tim has 15 plus years of experience in the accounting tax service industry. He worked as a Taxpayer Service Representative with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) after graduating from Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting degree. Tim became an Internal Revenue Agent in the Examination Division with the IRS in Cincinnati, Ohio where conducted tax audits on individuals, partnerships and corporations.  He also worked as a Revenue Agent in the Employee Plans/Exempt Organization division where he was later promoted to manager. He joined ZoomTax in January 2006.
